The big E3 video games blow-out is coming to an end in Los Angeles and to cap off the week, here's a look at the best ten games of E3 as ranked by Gamepro.

At number 10 Ubisoft's I Am Alive, which is set in post-apocalyptic Chicago while the world is dealing with a water shortage crisis

Number 9 is Fallout 3 from Bethesda, which along a similar theme is set in Washington DC years after a nuclear attack.

Ranked at number 8 is Fable II. The action RPG is coming on the Xbox 360 in October.

From Sony at Number 7 is the first-person shooter, Killzone 2

E3 brought news of a launch date for number 6-ranked, Gears of War 2. Look for it on November 7 this year.

The latest in the Prince of Persia series from Ubisoft makes number 5 on our ranking

At number 4, Resident Evil 5. At E3 we got a launch date: March 13, 2009.

Resistance is futile as we hit number 3. It's Resistance 2 from Sony.

Closing in on number one and one step away is Halo Wars.

And the number one game of E3, as ranked by Gamepro: God of War III. It's coming to the PS3 around the end of the year.
