The people
During the past almost three years between 40 and 50 people have participated in the project. Most of them were involved in writing, but a special achievement of the project is the forming of language correction team. Thanks to their work, GNUzilla is almost totally free of typos and grammar errors. The main plan for the future in this sense is making several author teams with coordinators what will improve organization and efficiency. An idea called GNUzilla EE (English Edition) also exists, but right now the crew is focused on attracting more authors and raising the quality of the magazine.
Impact
GNUzilla magazine started as an simple idea of a few Free Software activists, and today represents the biggest GNU/Linux and Free Software publication in the region. One of its major values is totally relying on community participation. In that way every community member has a chance to get involved in the project and make it better. Material published in GNUzilla is free and given back to the community that made it possible. It's a simple calculation that works.
